The atmosphere there was family, would definitely return. The neighbourhood was stunning. Made own meals in kitchen. Staff were super very attentive and friendly.

Convenient location just a stone's throw away from the heart of town with all the cool eateries and shops. The room is super comfy and cozy, plus there's a separate toilet. The bedroom and heating are top-notch. 😊

The facilities and amenities at Bracken Crag were excellent for families with children. There was WiFi, a Wii, chrome cast, board games, and even a toy box and books to keep the little ones entertained. The short walk to shops, restaurants, and the lake was convenient. The living room and kitchen had plenty of space for all six of us to sit together. Manda, the host, was very helpful and responsive. The flat was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. There were even a high chair, cot, and baby bath available. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We felt very lucky to have found Bracken Crag and had no complaints whatsoever.
